We have found that these quality beef offerings are enhanced by a minimum of 28 days of aging. Our Butcher guarantees each of these items and we think you'll agree, they are worth the four week wait.

The Admirals Filet
A 12oz Bone in (for flavor) beauty, seasoned and grilled to order, served on frizzled onions and with Baby Baked Potatoes. $39.

Captains New York Strip
Aging is the key to this premium beauty. Hand selected for marbling. Specially seasoned and grilled to order with frizzled onions. Served with Baby Baked potatoes. $29 (Cajun Blue Cheese style add $3)

USDA Prime Sirloin
The most flavorful of steaks is USDA graded prime and aged for 28 days. Specially seasoned and grilled to order. Served with Long Grain, Wild Rice and frizzled onions. $20 (Add a Citrus Infused Shrimp Skewer $5)

Asian Pork Chop
Free Range means no hormones and corn fed. A 10oz chop rubbed with sweet Asian spices and grilled. Finished with a Mandarin Orange and Ginger Vinaigrette .Served with long grain and wild rice. $16

Veal Porterhouse
The Cadillac of Steaks. Tender Veal, grilled to preference, accented with a buttered bread crumb and blue cheese crust. Served with Baby Bakers. $36

Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef
Deck Hands cut 10oz $19. First Mates cut 16oz add $10. Commodores cut 32oz Market Priced. Served with Baby Baked Potatoes and auju.

USDA "Prime" Rack of Lamb
